🛍️ Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your item, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened hair products (e.g., shampoos, oils, conditioners)
- Worn hair pieces or wigs
- Custom or clearance items (unless faulty)
🔁 How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@dasaluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was faulty).
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We’ll replace the item or offer a refund, depending on stock availability.
